Wren Kitchens to open Southport showroom at Kew Retail Park on 22 July

Wren Kitchens will open a new showroom at Kew Retail Park in Southport on Wednesday 22 July 2026, creating 14 jobs and bringing the retailer’s kitchen and bedroom design service to the town for the first time.

The 5,000 sq ft showroom at Unit 4B will be Wren’s 126th UK showroom, according to the retailer. It will include 19 kitchen displays and 12 bedroom displays in a range of styles, colours and finishes.

Visitors will also be able to view fitted home offices, media walls, worktops, handles, flooring, sinks and taps. Wren describes itself as the UK’s number one kitchen retailer.

Designers will offer free personalised plans and no-obligation quotes. Customers can then view their proposed kitchen or bedroom in 3D using one of seven virtual reality planning suites before deciding whether to place an order.

Michael Smith, showroom manager at Wren Southport, said: “We’re excited to be bringing Wren to Southport and welcoming customers through the doors for the first time. We want people to come in, have a look around and get inspired. Whether they’re replacing a kitchen, updating a bedroom, or planning fitted furniture elsewhere in the home, our designers are here to help turn their ideas into a design that’s right for them.”

The new showroom adds to Wren’s North West network, which includes branches in Liverpool, Preston and St Helens. The Southport branch will also offer free parking, disabled access, Wi-Fi and virtual reality facilities, according to Wren’s showroom listing.
