Barefoot man seen trying car doors and behaving erratically in Marshside in Southport
Police are investigating reports of a man seen trying car doors and behaving erratically in the area between Knob Hall Lane/Marshside Road/Longacre in Southport between approximately 10:00pm - midnight on Tuesday the 9th August.
The man is described as white, approximately 34 years of age and very slim. He was wearing a grey Nike running top and grey Hugo Boss shorts. He initially had a Under Armour cap on but he lost that somewhere along his route. The man was not wearing any shoes.
From elsewhere on social media it seems a number of people saw this man. Anyone who saw him should e mail the investigating officer at [email protected] with contact details. We especially want to speak to anyone who can confirm the man's identity as we believe he is likely to live local to the incident.
