Drug driver stopped on the M6 with 3 children asleep on a mattress in the back of a box van

Disgraceful behaviour by the driver of this van; he tested positive for Cannabis after being stopped for speeding on the M6. A subsequent search revealed three children sleeping on a mattress in the rear of the van! 

All children taken to a place of safety & driver arrested.
