Four-year-old boy taken to hospital after car hits him on Southport Promenade
A four-year-old boy was taken to hospital after being hit by a car on Southport Promenade.
Merseyside Police said officers were called at about 4.55pm on Monday, August 3, following reports that a child had been struck by a car in the town centre.
Emergency services attended the scene, and an air ambulance landed at nearby King’s Gardens. The boy was taken to hospital as a precaution.
No further information about his condition has been released.
