Expect delays on Wednesday in Southport for the Orange Lodge Parades

Delays in Southport town centre are expected on Wednesday 12th July for the annual Orange Lodge Parades. The parades are due to start at 10.30. 

The parade will start at Derby Road and then along London Street to the Monument. Then the parade will head across Lord Street into Nevill Street towards the Promenade and ending up at Princes Park.

In the afternoon at approximately 5.00 pm the parade will do the route in reverse disrupting rush hour traffic.
