His Majesty the King Meets with Emergency Services in Southport

This afternoon, His Majesty The King visited #Southport to privately meet those affected by the tragic incidents that took place on Hart Street on Monday 29 July.

His Majesty signed the book of condolence in Southport Town Hall and visited Southport Community Fire Station to meet and speak to our officers, along with staff from North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust and Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service  

Selected members of the local community, as well as faith leaders also had the chance to meet and speak to His Majesty.
