Horrifying Assault on Train between Hunts Cross and Ormskirk Leaves Man Permanently Disfigured

Detectives investigating an assault on a train travelling between Hunts Cross station and Ormskirk are today releasing these images in connection.

At around 10.50pm on Friday 14 March an altercation broke out between two groups of men which resulted in one man having his ear lobe bitten off, leaving him permanently disfigured.

Officers would like to speak to the man pictured as they believe he may have information that could help their investigation.
