Intoxicated man collapses onto bench at the Monument on Lord Street Southport

Concerned members of the public called for an Ambulance after a man who was clearly intoxicated collapsed onto a bench at the Monument in Southport this afternoon (6th May).

Paramedics arrived and assessed the man before removing him to the waiting Ambulance and then taking him to hospital.
