Major disruption on the Southport to Hunts Cross line

Due to a points failure at Hunts Cross the Hunts Cross line is disrupted. Disruption is expected until 17:00 01/09.

Impact:

Train services to Hunts Cross will be terminated at and started back from Liverpool Cntrl Northern.
Customer Advice:

Replacement road transport services are conveying passengers between Moorfields and Hunts Cross in both directions until further notice.
