Merseyside Police raid in Alexandra Road Southport

Officers from Merseyside Police have executed a warrant at a property in Alexandra Road in Southport.

The scientific support team along with other officers are at the property.

It is thought that a cannabis farm has been uncovered although this has yet to be confirmed by Police.

There is a very strong smell of cannabis in the air outside the house and officers could be seen removing items at the rear into a police van.
