Police incident at the Halifax Building Society in London Street, Southport

Police were called to the Halifax Building Society in London Street, Southport this morning (7th October). Officers were in the building for about half an hour before emerging with a man.

The man was not handcuffed but was arguing with the officers. Eventually, the man lost patience and told the officers to **** off before walking away down London Street waving his arms. The police did not give chase.
