Police incident Lord Street in Southport. Arrest made

Police were called to Lord Street in Southport this morning to a large group of people who were drinking on a bench. There were also people in the bushes who appeared to be smoking pipes.

One woman was taken away in a police van and the rest were told to go on their way.
