Police Launch Summertime Campaign to Reduce Dog Bites in Merseyside

Today Police have launched our summertime campaign Taking the Lead, which aims to reduce incidents of dog bites across Merseyside.

The summer holidays are a great time for families to spend time together, and this often includes our furry friends. However, our data shows that incidents of dog bites also increase over the summer months and we want to help families keep themselves and their dogs safe during this time of year.
