Rudakubana to Enter Pleas on Murder and Terrorism Charges Tomorrow
The teenager accused of the murder of three schoolgirls at a Taylor Swift-themed dance party in Southport will appear in court tomorrow via video link from Belmarsh Prison. Axel Rudakubana, 18, is also charged with 10 counts of attempted murder and one charge of possession of a knife relating to a mass stabbing at the Hart Space dance studio on Hart Street on the 29th of July 2024.
Axel Rudakubana, of Old School Close, Banks in Lancashire, was recently charged with the production of a biological toxin, Ricin, contrary to section one of the Biological Weapons Act 1974, and possession of information, relating to a PDF file entitled ‘Military studies in the jihad against the tyrants' the Al-Qaeda training manual’, under section 58 of the Terrorism Act 2000. Rudakubana is due to enter pleas to all the charges at Liverpool Crown Court on Wednesday afternoon November 13.
