Serious incident in Avondale Rd North Southport. Police, Ambulance and NWAA all on scene.Video

The emergency services rushed to a property on Avondale Road North in Southport just before 10am today.

Two ambulances six police vehicles and the North West Air Ambulance were all on scene.

A person was brought out of the property on a stretcher and taken to hospital with a police escort.

The Air Ambulance was parked on the near by golf course and was not needed.

A witness at the scene said that a man had been pushed through a top floor window and he fell to the ground below. This has yet to be confirmed.
