Southport draw 1-1 with a team playing in Europe

Southport battled to a hard fought draw with Irish premier league side Cliftonville who played in a Europa Conference League qualifer midweek. The fourth pre-season friendly over in Belfast ends in a 1-1 draw with Cliftonville to maintain the unbeaten run in our warm up games.

A goal by Luke Burgess was cancelled out before half time and the score stayed the same at 90 minutes.
