Southport Football Club Suffers a 2-0 Defeat at King’s Lynn

Defeat on the road for The Sandgrounders goiung down 2-0 at King’s Lynn.

A goal after just three minutes put the visitors on the back foot and then the 40th minute sending off of Dylan Dwyer made it a difficult night.

Tom Moore went close, hitting the post in the first half, but chances were few and far between.

The killer goal for the home side came after 86 minutes.

After a difficult few weeks with travel and games against the sides in first, second and third place, it will be good to be back home on Saturday when Darlington are our visitors.
