Southport FC host Buxton in first home game of 2026-27 season
Southport FC will play their first home game of the 2026-27 season when Buxton visit Haig Avenue on Saturday, August 15. Kick-off is at 3pm.
The Sandgrounders will be looking to respond after a 3-1 defeat away to newly promoted Hebburn Town on the opening day.
Tickets are available online, allowing supporters to avoid matchday queues.
Fans can also pre-order a printed matchday programme. Copies can be posted out or collected from the Club Shop on matchday. The club says advance orders are recommended because print numbers are limited.
Programme subscriptions for the 2026-27 league season are also still available.
Buxton made a winning start to their campaign, beating Hereford 2-1. The decisive goal came in added time after a Hereford penalty, also awarded in stoppage time, had appeared to earn the visitors a share of the points.
