Trains from Southport grind to a halt after signal failure.

Delays to services between Southport and Hunts Cross Due to signalling problems at Liverpool Cntrl Northern the Northern line is disrupted. Disruption is expected until 09:30 17/05.

Rail replacement buses have been requested to run between Moorfields and Sandhills. We will advise when these are in operation.

Impact:Train services between Southport and Hunts Cross may be delayed.
