Urgent Appeal: 68 Year-Old Man Missing from Southport

Police are appealing for help in finding a 68 year-old man who is missing from home in Southport.

George Lamont was last seen in Roe Lane in Southport at 10.30am yesterday, Saturday 13th April.

He is described as a white male, 5ft 3in tall, of slight build, with short receding grey hair, pale complexion, a stubble beard and moustache.

When last seen he was wearing a navy coat with white fur lining and hood, red checked shirt and grey trousers.

He is known to frequent Bootle and Southport.

Anyone who has seen George or knows of his whereabouts is asked to DM @MerPolCC or call 101.
