Southport Air Show 2026 flying programme set for 29 and 30 August
The main flying programme for Southport Air Show 2026 includes the Red Arrows, Battle of Britain Memorial Flight and an RAF Typhoon, with displays due over the seafront.
The show takes place on Saturday 29 and Sunday 30 August 2026. Gates open at 10am, and flying displays are expected to run from about midday until 5pm.
The Red Arrows, Battle of Britain Memorial Flight, RAF Tutor, Richard Goodwin Jet Pitts, Aerosuperbatics Wingwalkers, The Starlings, Strikemaster Display Team, Gazelle Squadron and Hawk T1 are listed for both days.
The RAF Typhoon is scheduled to appear on Sunday only. The Battle of Britain Memorial Flight is due to feature a Spitfire, Hurricane and Dakota.
The organisers have also listed the Otto Helicopter Day Pyro, an A-26 Invader and a P-51 Mustang as part of the wider 2026 programme. Day-by-day details for these displays are not fully set out on the official event page.
Individual aircraft timings have not yet been published on the official website. The organisers say flying times will be released through the event website and social media, and may change during the weekend.
Tickets are on sale, with entry priced at £13 plus booking fee. Under-16s can attend free, while groups of 10 or more pay £12 per person. Car parking opens at 9am and costs £10 per car.
