Fire service called to skip fire in Foul Lane

Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service were called to Foul Lane in Southport at approximately 13.30 today following reports of a skip fire. They arrived to find clouds of smoke billowing into the air.The fire was soon extinguished and nobody was injured. The cause of the fire is not known at the moment.
